There is no consent banner, and that is deliberate

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and nothing that follows a visitor to another website — so there is nothing here to ask permission for, and asking anyway would be a box that does nothing.

The three cookies below are the ones the site cannot work without: they sign you in, keep you signed in, and remember which language you are reading. If that ever changes — if an analytics or advertising tool is added — this page changes with it and consent is asked for properly, before the tool loads.

What is set, and why

sot_locale — remembers whether you are reading the site in Arabic or English, so a return visit opens in the language you chose. It holds two letters and nothing else, and it expires after a year.

Session cookies from Clerk, the service that runs accounts for this site — these keep you signed in as you move between pages, and are what stops somebody else's browser opening your orders. They end when the session does.

A Cloudflare Turnstile cookie, set only on the enquiry form — it is how the form tells a person from a script without a puzzle to solve. It is short-lived and set only where the check runs.

What is kept in the browser instead

A basket and a saved list built before signing in are held in your own browser's storage rather than in a cookie. They are never sent to us until you sign in or check out, and clearing your browsing data removes them.

Turning them off

Every browser can block or delete cookies for a site — the setting is usually under Privacy. Because all three here are functional, blocking them has visible consequences: you will be signed out, the site will open in its default language each time, and the enquiry form may refuse to submit.
