Racks and enclosures with blanking panels, brush strips and aisle containment, so cooling air passes through the equipment instead of around it.

A cabinet's job is mechanical and thermal, not decorative. Its depth has to suit the deepest equipment plus cable management behind it, its posts have to be adjustable enough for the mounting rails in use, and its airflow path has to be sealed so that cold air is forced through the servers rather than taking the easier route past them.

That sealing is the part most often skipped, and it is the cheapest reliability improvement available in any comms room. An unfilled rack unit is an open door between the cold aisle and the hot aisle: air short-circuits straight through it, so equipment above and below draws in air that has already been heated. Blanking panels and brush strips around cable entries cost very little and change inlet temperatures measurably.

At higher densities the same logic extends to the aisle. Containing either the hot or the cold aisle stops the two mixing, which lets the cooling plant run at a higher and more efficient set point while equipment still sees the inlet temperature it is rated for.

ما يشمله هذا المجال

  • Server and network cabinets

Enclosures sized for equipment depth plus rear cable management, with adjustable posts, and perforation appropriate to the airflow required.

  • Blanking and sealing

Blanking panels in every unused unit and brush strips at cable entries, so cold air cannot bypass the equipment it was cooled for.

  • Aisle containment

Hot or cold aisle containment for higher-density rows, which lets the cooling set point rise without inlet temperatures following it.

  • Cable management

Vertical and horizontal management, pre-terminated trunks and patching arranged so the rear of the rack stays serviceable and unobstructed.

  • Physical security

Lockable doors and side panels with access logging where cabinets are shared between tenants or departments.

ما سنسألك عنه

هذه هي الأسئلة التي تحدّد المواصفات. جهوزية الإجابات هي ما يحوّل المحادثة الأولى إلى عرض سعر فعلي.

  1. 01

How deep is the deepest device?

Cabinet depth has to account for equipment plus rear cabling. A rack too shallow for its contents cannot be closed, and an open rack has no airflow path at all.

  2. 02

Are the blanking panels actually fitted?

This is the single cheapest thermal fix in most rooms, and it is missing in most rooms.

  3. 03

What is the density per rack?

Two kilowatts a rack and fifteen are different cooling problems. Density decides whether containment is optional or essential.
