Automatic number plate recognition for gates, car parks and logistics yards — reading Saudi plates reliably in daylight, at night and at speed.
ANPR looks like a software problem and is very nearly an optical one. Accuracy is decided by the camera's angle to the plate, its shutter speed relative to the vehicle's velocity, and the illumination — not by the recognition engine. A plate camera mounted like a general surveillance camera, on a wide lens at an oblique angle, will misread constantly, and no amount of tuning afterwards will fix it.
Saudi plates add a requirement of their own: they carry both Arabic and Latin characters, and an engine trained only on Latin sets will read half of each plate. The camera and the engine both have to be specified for the region rather than assumed to cope.
SOT installs dedicated plate-capture cameras with infrared illumination and a fast shutter, mounted at the angle and distance the read actually requires, then integrates the result with the barrier, the car park system or the logistics yard's own vehicle list.

Arrival and departure timestamps per vehicle, dwell time inside the yard, and integration with a gate process so a delivery is matched against its booking.
Car park occupancy
Entry and exit counting for occupancy display, tenant validation, and free-flow charging where that is required.

What speed will vehicles be doing?
A plate read at a barrier where cars come to a stop is a different specification from one on a free-flow lane at 40km/h. Shutter speed and illumination follow directly from the answer.

Where can the camera physically go?
Accuracy falls away sharply beyond roughly thirty degrees off the plate's axis. If the only available mounting position is at a steeper angle, that is a civil works question before it is a camera question.

What happens on a failed read?
Every ANPR system misreads sometimes. The design has to say what happens then — an intercom to an operator, a ticket, a card fallback — or the barrier simply stays down with a queue building behind it.
