تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) والتحول الرقمي
تطبيق أنظمة تخطيط الموارد
Accounting, inventory, purchasing, HR and CRM configured from the processes the organisation actually runs — with ZATCA e-invoicing built in from the start.
The first decision in an ERP project is not which modules to buy but how much of the business will change to suit the software. Every implementation sits somewhere on that line, and the ones that go badly are usually the ones that never chose: customisation is added case by case to preserve existing habits, and the result is an expensive system that cannot be upgraded.
The second is data. Historical records are almost always worse than the organisation believes — duplicate customers, stock that does not exist, balances that were never reconciled — and migrating them untouched moves the problem rather than solving it. Cleansing has to happen before loading, and it takes longer than anyone plans for.
ZATCA e-invoicing is not optional and should not be scheduled late. Phase 2 requires invoices in a defined format, cryptographically stamped and passed through the authority's platform, and an implementation that reaches go-live without it working cannot issue a compliant invoice.
ما يشمله هذا المجال
Core financials
Chart of accounts, ledgers, VAT treatment and reporting structured for how the organisation actually reports rather than for the default template.
Inventory and purchasing
Stock locations, reorder rules, landed cost and supplier management, reconciled to a physical count at cutover.
Sales and CRM
Quotation through to invoice and collection in one flow, so a customer's history is in one place.
HR and payroll
Employee records, leave, and payroll aligned to Saudi labour requirements and to the organisation's own policy.
ZATCA integration
Phase 2 e-invoicing implemented and tested against the authority's platform before go-live rather than after it.
ما سنسألك عنه
هذه هي الأسئلة التي تحدّد المواصفات. جهوزية الإجابات هي ما يحوّل المحادثة الأولى إلى عرض سعر فعلي.
- 01
How much will the business change?
Deciding this explicitly, early, is what keeps customisation bounded and the system upgradable.
- 02
How good is the existing data?
Usually worse than expected. Budget cleansing as a workstream, not a task.
- 03
Who owns each process after go-live?
Modules without an owner are the ones that quietly revert to spreadsheets within a quarter.
